TURN AROUND TIMEFRAMES

ALL individual service turn around times start once you have submitted all information needed for your service. The current turn around time for single services is 7-14 BUSINESS (M-F) DAYS. If you need a rush order (1-3/SAME DAY BUSINESS DAY TURN AROUND THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE THAT MUST BE PAID AT BOOKING PLEASE REACH OUT BEFORE) Please submit all information via email for each service you purchase via email to YourGraphicBae@gmail.com and fill out the corresponding form via the link in our IG Bio. Please always allow up to 24 hours to receive a response. 

 

TIMEFRAMES ARE AN ESTIMATE NOT 100% WE SUGGEST BOOKING IN ADVANCE DUE TO HIGH DEMAND. LIFE HAPPENS AND WE CANNOT PREDICT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. WE TRY OUR BEST TO ADHERE TO ALL TIMEFRAMES BUT THIS IS JUST TO REITERATE THAT THESE ARE JUST ESTIMATES. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

REVISIONS

Each service has a 3 time revision limit. After you have reached three revisions on your order there will be an additional $15 PER REVISION. Excessive revisions changes the timeframe for every order including other orders that have been placed with other customers. To avoid the excessive revision fee we recommend to know or have examples of ideas that you would like executed. Please do not book if you ARE NOT READY (have no idea what you want, are extremely picky, or want your designer to figure everything out for you. My Job is to execute the ideas you send over, not come up with the ides for you or read your mind on what you want.

PROFESSIONALISM

Please remain professional at all times. Please remember to allow up to 24 hours to receive an email or DM response for all inquiries. If at any point the client decides to use any innapropriate language your order will be canceled and any payment will be forfeited. To avoid any disagreements we advise you to book in advance or take advantage of our rush service fees.

REFUNDS

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any orders once payment has been submitted. You are placed in queue based on the date/time you purchased unless a rush fee has been selected at checkout. To keep our timeframes accurate please remember to submit all details for the service of your choice within 48 hours unless we have discussed previously or you are waiting for photos from a photographer. As always, we try our best to adhere to the timeframes stated (7-14 business days) which should be enough time to process any orders. Things do happen, if there is a delay in orders we will reach out to you and make arrangements on new dates.
